Stretches the arms, shoulders, thighs, ankles, back, and abdominals and helps improve balance. This is also a great pose after sitting for an extended time because it releases tension in the hip flexors and expands the chest, lungs, and shoulders. Take care if you have high blood pressure, shoulder injury, or heart problems.
