Issue: 103 learners in a culinary lab needed to meet a learning objecting to develop a skill to decrease waste and improve the texture of baked products

Solution: I sourced SME materials and created an on demand and in-the-moment micro learning deck that participants can access on their phones. After one culinary experience, 91 percent of learners recalled and demonstrated these steps. Click here or on image for a demo.
