What is Yoga?

Problem: Many students suffer from depression and anxiety symptoms which impacts their academic performance and quality of life. Administrators and teachers wanted to offer a self-care solution to students in grades 9-12 about Yoga & Mindfulness.

Solution: Ahead of schedule and on-budget, I designed a self-paced, mastery-based 18 week course, containing 18 instructional video lessons, practice activities, job aids, a Youtube Channel, and assessments. This is one sample video lesson.
