How to Create a S’more Newsletter

Problem: A new soccer booster volunteer is taking over the communications position and doesn’t know how to send out the weekly S’more Newsletter. The 184 recipients rely on the newsletter for community building and important details for a fast-paced 8 week season.

Solution: I designed this efficient, under-three-minute video tutorial walking a new volunteer through the key steps to sending out accurate details and information to to their audience. I collaborated with key stakeholders and also served as a subject matter expert to produce the video.
