Pedaling Our Way Through Biking and Pickleball Paradise: The Root River Trail

The Root River Trail is a scenic state bike trail in southern Minnesota that spans 42 miles. It meanders along the Root River and brings you through towns and forests and farm fields. While on a short trip with friends in July, our small group ventured collectively on bikes and skate skis from Rushford, Whalen, Peterson, and then to Lanesboro.
