Downward Dog

This classic posture stretches the entire body and releases tension and tightness in the upper and lower body, bringing balance and quieting the mind. Take care and keep your knees bent throughout if you have had back problems. If you have high blood pressure, place your hands on a wall instead of the floor in this pose.
