Eagle

This pose stretches your upper back, neck, and shoulders, releasing tension. Picture your arms as the eagle’s folded wings and your fingers are the feathers. Take care if you have neck problems and tilt your head a bit forward. If your shoulders are too tight on a given day, do not strain to achieve this pose and try another day.
