Want to involve your little in the kitchen?

I designed this book promote literacy, cultivate fine motor skills, and welcome little kids into the kitchen as helpers. This book is great for parents, grandparents, and babysitters. Some of the classes I teach are foods and nutrition, foods for fitness, and foods and personal finance at a high school.
