Seven Circles Job Aid

Issue: Six out of ten learners were not able to meet the objective of defining the Seven Circles Framework components.

Solution: Working with the SME, I designed a job aid for learners to practice recalling the components of the Framework. After using the job aid for two days, nine out of ten learners were successful in their recall.
