Issue: 20 out of 35 participants were unable to achieve the objective of completing a culinary skill of cleaning up within 45 minutes

Solution: After conducting needs assessment and consulting with a SME, sanitation was chosen as a focal point. This simple sign and acronym was introduced to participants and placed in culinary practice areas. After two weeks, 30 out of 35 culinary participants completed their clean up within 40 minutes.
