Yoga Principle #10 Be Content

In Theory: This Niyama, or positive duty for daily holistic healthy habits, is also known as Santosha. This concept means to be content with what you have and with yourself. Celebrate your uniqueness.

In Action: Your neighbor just mentioned that they’re going on another vacation this year. After hearing this you realized that you haven’t been on vacation for three years. Instead of listening to your grumbly thoughts, you realize that you enjoy being at home and feel truly satisfied and content with your life.
