In Theory: This Niyama, or positive duty for daily holistic healthy habits, is also known as Svadhyaya. Reading, reflecting, and observing are ways you can develop self-study.
In Action: Each day you reflect for 10 minutes in your journal about the struggles of the day in a compassionate journal. You record how the day went and reflect what was challenging and the ways you could help yourself.
