Yoga Principle #2 Be Honest

In Theory: Being honest in both thoughts, speech, and actions and being true to your authentic self. Give credit when and where it’s due. The Hindu term is Satya, and it is the second Yama or Yogic character development.

In Action: Do your own work and do not take credit for other people’s efforts and creativity. If you are a student, cite sources and never copy someone else’s work.
