Yoga Principle #3 Generosity

In Theory: Sharing with others - time, ideas, possessions and not stealing. This is the third Yama (an ethical duty) - Asteya. This refers to not stealing objects and also refers to non-objects such as peace.

In Action: You’re running late to a morning meeting and rush into the room in a flurry as a co-worker is giving a presentation. Instead of plopping into a chair and digging loudly through your bag for your laptop, you slip quietly into a seat and wait for a pause in conversation to get yourself situated. You do not steal attention and allow the spotlight to stay on the co-worker talking.
