Yoga Principle #5 Non-Attachment
In Theory: This Yama, or moral guideline, is also known as Aparigraha and refers to moderation and not being greedy or possessive.
In Action: You shoe collection has been growing, and you notice that there are two pairs that you have only worn once. Instead of holding onto them, you bring them to a thrift store for donation. Now someone else can make use of them and you’re not holding onto them.
